The batch was transported by a Conviasa aircraft which landed in the La Guaira state at around 11:00 p.m.
The flight also transported 17 tons of health-related material such as masks, biosecurity suits, rapid tests, and medical equipment.
"We want to thank this cooperation that has allowed Venezuela, in the worst blockade and imperial attack, to protect the health and life of its people," Rodriguez said.
The donation will be incorporated into the vaccination campaign of health care workers, military personnel, and teachers who will return to classrooms in April.
Since the opening of a humanitarian bridge with China in March last year, the Bolivarian nation had received over 313 tons of equipment and supplies to fight the pandemic.
As of Tuesday morning, Venezuela had confirmed 139,545 COVID-19 cases and 1,348 related deaths.
