Hundreds of Palestinians gathered outside the governmental hospital in Jenin and shouted slogans that called for revenge against Israel.
"The U.S. must take serious action by applying effective pressure on the Israeli government to stop its crimes and aggression against our people before it is too late and things get out of control," the Palestinian National Authority (PNA) President Mahmoud Abbas said.
Like past occasions, this exhortation could be ineffective. "Israel has killed 69 Palestinians since the start of 2022, including 25 people in Jenin," recalled the Palestinian Info Center.
