Freakishly long-legged models, a man with an antenna sticking out of his skull, and bizarre slam-dunking rabbits are some of the curious highlights in the latest edition of the Guinness World Records, which has just been released.

The past 12 months have featured ambitious undertakings all over the world, with the most adventurous souls making global history on the book's hallowed pages in areas ranging from building and beauty to talent and terror.
In the field of science, French designer JL Gonzal created the first prosthetic tattoo gun, which is worn by French artist JC Sheitan Tenet. The longest hoverboard flight, 2,252.4 metres, was accomplished by another Frenchman, Franky Zapata.
In Britain, Neil Harbisson became the first man to implant an antenna in his skull: a novel way of curing his colorblindness.
April Choi's precision with a whip was duly noted when she achieved the most Jenga blocks removed in one minute.
In China, Lucas Miliard was recognized for the fastest 100-meter slackline walked in under two minutes.
One gastronomist took his love of food to the next level: German Andre Ortolf set the record for not only the most mustard drunk in 30 seconds, but also the most mashed potatoes, Marmite, and jello eaten in one minute. He was joined by UK native Cherry Toshitake with the most baked beans eaten with chopsticks in one minute.
Other records include the most jam doughnuts eaten in three minutes, the fastest-eaten chocolate orange, and the fastest rate for drinking a bottle of ketchup.
Ortolf also took the title of the most tennis balls tossed blindfolded in one minute, the fastest 100-meter chair race, and the most party poppers popped in one minute.
The most balloons inflated in one hour was awarded to U.S. citizen Hunter Ewen, while India crushed its competition with the most coconuts smashed in 60 seconds.
In architecture, the largest Lego sculpture was built by Nathan Sawaya, of the United States, who constructed a 1.30m tall by 5.51m long Batmobile.
The world's largest covered wagon, pram, Crazy Coupe and bicycle were also included in this year's collection.
Beauty included fan favorites such as the world’s longest nails: 576.41cm of curling keratin, a record set by Ayanna Williams.
Other hair-raising feats include the tallest full Mohawk, the tallest top fade (a towering 52cm), and the longest head of hair (5.627 meters). That's to say nothing of the longest leg hair, the longest eyebrow hair and the longest eyelashes (12.40cm).

Senior citizens also made the books with 83-year-old Jim Arrington from California weighing in as the oldest professional competing bodybuilder and Charlotte Guttenberg as the world’s oldest tattooed woman with artwork covering 97.5 percent of her body.
Some of the world’s most imaginative endeavors accomplished this year include the largest tape ball, the largest sticker ball and the largest paint balls ever created. The largest collection of snow globes, teddy bears, X-men and Batman memorabilia also grace the pages of this year's edition.
Michigan native Cygnus the cat found his claim to fame as the longest-tailed feline: 44.66cm. His neighbor Arcturus was registered as the tallest living domestic cat, standing at 48.4cm.
The Guide Dogs for the Blind Association was awarded a certificate for the most guide dogs trained by an organization. Russian model and bronze Olympic medalist Ekaterina Lisina took the title for longest legs (132.8cm).
