Bolivia’s President Evo Morales inaugurated several new judges in the country on Wednesday.

The judicial authorities ratified their commitment to improving the justice system in Bolivia, from the institutionalization and re-functionalization of the courts.
The inauguration in the Supreme Court of Justice of Bolivia, TSJ, began on Wednesday with the arrival of Morales at the headquarters of the agency, which also saw outgoing magistrates and other special guests in attendance.

Outside the TSJ, people stood with banners to support the new judges.
During the session, the president reviewed the military garrison of the Sucre 2 Infantry Regiment.
After the inauguration, the Bolivian head of state stressed that the country’s "judicial elections are unique in the world."
"You are the product of the vote of the Bolivian people," Morales told the judges.
The president said that "the people want ... above all fair justice," while pointing out the positive aspects of the electoral system.
