Scores of casualties were reported from the Yemeni capital on Sunday after the Saudi-led Coalition bombed a fuel station near a children's school.

The Saudi-led Coalition conducted an airstrike in Yemen's capital city, Sanaa, hitting a fuel station on Sunday which was near a school. The strike led to the death of many school goers.

Local human rights activists reported the Saudi-led Coalition airstrike hit the Saawan neighborhood, which is where Al-Rai School is located.

The Yemeni Health Ministry reported that as many as seven students were killed during the attack and another 34 more were wounded.

Some reports are now claim that 11 civilians have been killed and 39 more wounded, but these numbers have not been confirmed by the Yemeni Health Ministry.

Sanaa has been under the control of the Houthis since 2015 when they expelled the Yemeni president Abd Rubbah Mansour Hadi and his loyalists from the city.
