Bolivian President Evo Morales reiterated on Sunday his support for Venezuela in light of U.S. interference in the political affairs of his nation, saying that "Latin America is no longer a Yankee colony".
"The United States is the most illegitimate country due to its interventionism, racism and capitalism that destroys the world and peace of peoples, and which calls the Venezuelan Constituent Assembly 'illegitimate," he said in his Twitter account.

Morales recalled that Venezuela, like Bolivia, "is worthy, free and independent; Latin America is no longer a Yankee colony."
A few days ago, the new American Chargé d’Affaires in the South American nation, Todd Robinson, spread a message on social networks where he said that his mission will be to seek opportunities for "the return of prosperity and democracy" to Venezuelans.
President of the National Constituent Assembly (ANC) Delcy Rodríguez rejected his words and reiterated that for him "to even think about Venezuelan democracy is an insult."
