At the First National Meeting of the PSUV’s Parliamentary Affairs Secretariat, Deputy Nicolás Maduro Guerra reaffirmed the commitment to peace and unity in Venezuela, as well as the pacifist vocation of the Bolivarian people, along with the ideals of independence and sovereignty for Latin America.

He also emphasized the president’s words on the need to practice peaceful diplomacy. Maduro Guerra expressed his support for the Amnesty Law for national reconciliation and forgiveness, with the aim of maintaining democracy and freedom.

In his speech, he conveyed the message of faith sent by President Nicolás Maduro from his kidnapping in the United States, where the president expressed his firm confidence in the people. “Let’s not allow them to embitter us, to take away our joy.” He added, “We are a happy people, a people who are moving forward.”

During the meeting, Maduro Guerra shared details about the messages he received from the president: “He has sent us some messages. His strength there is the unity of the Venezuelan people. That is my strength. He is unyielding. They never broke him. He will be spoken of as the protector of the Venezuelan people. And he wants us to move forward.” He emphasized that the greatest strength is unity, inviting everyone to join the best team the nation has ever had, the team leading the Bolivarian Revolution.

At another point, he urged maximum confidence in the leadership and in national unity, regardless of what others may say. He warned that there is always some truth in what the media says, and he placed his faith in the unity of the people and their collective conscience.

He concluded that the only guarantee of peace and development is the Bolivarian Revolution in power: at the national level, in the presidency, in the National Assembly, in the majority of state legislative councils, and in the majority of states.

This meeting represents a key step in the consolidation of the PSUV’s Secretariat of Parliamentary Affairs, focused on strengthening the Bolivarian revolution and promoting national reconciliation.

The people of Venezuela respond to the trust in their President

On Tuesday, Deputy Guerra led the march in Caracas to demand the release of President Nicolás Maduro Moros and Cilia Flores, highlighting popular unity, the institutional framework under Delcy Rodríguez, and the Venezuelan people’s commitment to peace.

“This beautiful march makes us understand that the people of Venezuela are permanently mobilized to demand the release of President Nicolás Maduro and First Lady Cilia Flores,” the legislator stated to the attendees.
