Hundreds of Venezuelan migrants returned to their country on “Return to the Homeland” flight 108 from Arizona, reaffirming the Government’s commitment to reintegration and family reunification.
“Return to the Homeland” flight number 108 brought 311 migrants from Arizona, U.S. back to Venezuela on Friday, February 6, as part of a plan carried out by the Bolivarian Government. The passengers included 10 children and adolescents, 262 men, and 39 women.
The Ministry of the People’s Power for Interior, Justice, and Peace emphasized that the Venezuelans returning to the country do so with the determination to build their future on their native soil.
Authorities further reiterated the Executive Branch’s commitment to continue working tirelessly to ensure the successful reintegration of every citizen who decides to come back to the nation.

According to the Ministry, these actions demonstrate a state commitment that transcends the country’s geographical borders, ensuring the constitutional right to return.
This occurs within the framework of President Trump’s mass deportation policies and ICE racially biased raids targeting migrants accross the United States. At least 20,946 Venezuelans have returned to the country since February 2025.
The flights have become a regular channel for nationals facing difficulties abroad to reunite with their families and access social, health, and relocation assistance. Through this initiative promoted by President Nicolas Maduro, more than 1,600,000 people have returned to the country since 2018.
