The diverse ministerial representation allowed for a holistic assessment covering not only immediate shelter and food but also broader economic and social recovery needs, planning for long-term reconstruction initiatives.

A particular emphasis was placed on care programs, medical treatment and geriatric assistance specifically designed for elderly citizens who lost their homes and residential infrastructure due due to the seismic activity.

National, regional and military authorities meticulously evaluated the status of habitability, nutrition and health for those concentrated in the refuge. This detailed oversight ensured that all aspects of humanitarian aid were thoroughly reviewed.

In direct interaction with organized communities and refugee committees, Government representatives conveyed a message of calm, stability and institutional backing to all citizens affected by the earthquakes. This direct engagement fosters community trust and allows for immediate feedback on the effectiveness of the relief efforts, ensuring that assistance is truly responsive to the needs of the people.
