At least seven other Palestinians were also killed in an attack on a police post.

On Tuesday, the Israeli occupation army killed a security guard who was protecting a humanitarian aid truck in the Al Mawasi area of the city of Rafah.

A source at Nasser Hospital, which received the body, identified the victim as Bilal Abu Mousa, who was killed after being struck by tank fire.

The victim was standing on one of the trucks in Al Mawasi, near the Yellow Line, which separates Palestinian-controlled territory from the area occupied by the Zionist state.

On July 8, the driver of another Gaza truck traveling through the Philadelphi Corridor was killed after being shot in the head by an Israeli soldier.

In an attempt to justify the incident, the Israeli occupation army argued that the man “had stopped at a nearby checkpoint and ran toward the troops,” posing an alleged threat.

Israel continues to carry out attacks in the Gaza Strip every day despite the ceasefire that has been in effect for nine months, killing an average of four people per day, according to the Gaza-based Health Ministry’s tally of deaths caused by Israeli fire.

On Tuesday, Israeli occupation forces also killed at least seven Palestinians in an attack on a police post in Jabalia, in northern Gaza, where civilians were carrying out police-related procedures. Since the ceasefire began on Oct. 10, 2025, at least 1,110 Palestinians from Gaza have been killed.

Since the beginning of the Israeli offensive in October 2023, however, the Zionist state has killed more than 73,200 Palestinians in Gaza, which has been characterized as a “genocide” by an independent United Nations commission.
