Iran categorically rejected this Thursday any political dialogue with the United States following intense military confrontations in the region, keeping its sovereign demands unchanged.
The official negotiating delegation of Iran dismissed rumors regarding the establishment of new diplomatic roundtables with the administration of United States President Donald Trump after recent U.S. airstrikes in the southern region of the country.
Iranian authorities confirmed that no active channels of communication exist due to the severe military confrontations recorded during the early hours of June 11.

Diplomatic sources close to the Persian delegation stated that the Government maintains its sovereign demands based on the legal texts presented during previous negotiation rounds. The diplomatic representation pointed out that the economic and political pressures applied by Washington constitute unilateral demands that violate the limits of international law. Consequently, the Persian nation refuses to engage in talks under coercive conditions that compromise its territorial integrity.
Additionally, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran issued a strong condemnation of the recent aerial bombardments executed by the military forces of the United States against diverse territories in the southern part of the country, categorized as illegal acts of aggression that actively undermine the bilateral ceasefire agreements that were currently in force across those areas.
Defending National Sovereignty
In immediate response to the U.S. air incursions, the central command of the Iranian Army confirmed the execution of a highly coordinated drone attack targeting the United States Fifth Fleet installations in Bahrain. Military commanders reported that this retaliatory operation achieved direct hits, destroying communication antennas and disabling radar stations belonging to the Patriot defensive systems.
Simultaneously, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) reported several offensives utilizing high-precision missiles directed at strategic military bases in the Middle East. Local operational headquarters confirmed that these defensive operations caused severe structural damage to the aviation hangars and logistical installations utilized by the allied Western forces.
Regarding the political implications, the senior advisor to the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Mohammad Mokhbar, warned in an interview with international media that the continuation of this regional confrontation depends entirely on the strategic decisions made by Washington. The high-ranking official emphasized that the Islamic Republic will not yield its national independence to foreign aggression.
Mohammad Mokhbar pointed out that any future military incursion violating the maritime borders or the sovereign airspace of the Persian nation will receive an even stronger institutional response from the regular military forces. The Iranian leadership concluded that the country’s defense strategies are solely designed to deter the geopolitical maneuvers of the United States to seize regional energy resources.
