IRGC says new missile strikes targeted Israeli military infrastructure and U.S. assets in the region.
Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced Monday the launch of the 33rd wave of Operation “True Promise 4,” targeting strategic military bases and installations linked to the United States and Israel.

According to an official statement, the operation was carried out under the operational slogan “At your service, O Khamenei,” and involved the large-scale deployment of Khyber Shikan solid-fuel missiles. Iranian authorities said the projectiles, equipped with one-ton warheads, struck designated targets with precision deep inside occupied territories and regional command centers.
The IRGC report stated that the strikes were not limited to Israeli targets but also reached U.S. military assets, specifically citing an impact on the U.S. Navy’s Fifth Fleet.
In the occupied Palestinian territories, the city of Tel Aviv was reportedly targeted by more than ten missiles. Iranian military command said the attack demonstrated vulnerabilities in the region’s air defense systems, noting that emergency sirens sounded continuously during the strike.
Despite what the report described as strict information censorship imposed by Israeli defense forces to limit damage reports, visual material circulating on social media shows missiles passing over the Iron Dome system and explosions at key communications facilities.
The IRGC said the new phase of the operation represents a response to previous attacks and a demonstration of the technological capacity of its long-range weapons systems designed to bypass missile defense shields deployed in the region.
Strategic infrastructure targeted
In parallel with the missile offensive, the IRGC Aerospace Force confirmed the destruction of the Sdot Micha satellite communications center south of Tel Aviv. Iranian commanders described the facility as a coordination hub linking Israeli air bases with military aircraft fleets.
Iranian defense units also reported intercepting a cruise missile flying over central Iran. The IRGC further claimed the destruction of an Israeli Orbiter-4 reconnaissance drone over the Isfahan region.
In a statement following the attacks, the military body reaffirmed its stance on continuing the operation, declaring: “We will not leave them in peace.”
Previous waves of the offensive
Iranian authorities also detailed earlier phases of the campaign. The 32nd wave targeted strategic points across northern and central areas of the occupied territories using long-range Qadr and Khorramshahr missiles.
The IRGC said the operation also struck Ben Gurion International Airport. It stated that scenes of personnel and settlers fleeing the site exposed “the reality of the miserable and tragic conditions in which this incapable entity lives,” and warned Israel: “The noose will tighten around you moment by moment.”
Earlier phases of Operation “True Promise 4” targeted several locations including Tel Aviv, Haifa, Rishon LeZion and Holon, triggering air raid sirens across multiple areas.
According to official statements 18 and 19, attacks also struck U.S. military assets in the region, including radar base 512 and support units at Al-Udairi and Arifjan camps in Kuwait using drones and long-range missiles.
During the 28th phase, Iranian authorities reported the use of cluster missiles over Tel Aviv, dispersing submunitions across 16 strategic points in the central area and prompting emergency responses in Bat Yam. New-generation Kheibar missiles were also reported to have struck Bir al-Sabe’ and infrastructure linked to the Al-Azraq air base, described as a center of operations for U.S. aircraft involved in attacks against Iran.
Iranian position on the escalation
Iranian officials maintain that the operation is directed exclusively at foreign military bases and installations used to conduct attacks against Iranian sovereignty. The IRGC stated that neighboring countries are not considered adversaries and that only U.S. and Israeli military platforms operating from those territories are considered targets.
According to Iranian authorities, the current escalation follows what Tehran describes as a large-scale military attack launched by the United States and Israel on February 28 that killed Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and included bombardments of civilian areas and strategic sites inside Iran.
Iranian officials characterize those actions as a “de facto declaration of war” and state that the ongoing operations are carried out in defense of national sovereignty and aimed at neutralizing military platforms used to conduct attacks against the country.
