A Ukrainian drone attack also killed a civilian in the Belgorod region.
On Tuesday, the Russian Interior Ministry informed that one traffic police officer was killed and two others were injured following the detonation of an unidentified device at Savyolovsky Station Square in Moscow.

At around 00:05 Moscow time, a man approached traffic police officers who were in a service vehicle on patrol duty at Savyolovsky Station Square. An unidentified device then detonated. The suspect died at the scene.
The Russian Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case. It said that investigators and forensic experts from the committee, working alongside operational units, are inspecting the scene and reviewing surveillance footage.
A number of forensic examinations, including medical and explosive-technical examinations, will also be commissioned in the near term.Â
On Tuesday, Vyacheslav Gladkov, the governor of Russia’s Belgorod region, reported that one person was killed in his territory during a new Ukrainian drone attack.
Through social media, he stated that the Ukrainian Armed Forces deliberately targeted the truck in which the victim was traveling in the village of Chaiki.
“The driver died at the scene from his injuries,” Gladkov said, noting that some 30 civilians in the Belgorod region have been killed by Ukrainian drones and missiles so far this year.
