Trump and Zelensky Held a Meeting in Rome

During this 15-minute meeting, they decided to continue talks on peace efforts today.
On Saturday, U.S. President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Vodolymyr Zelensky held a 15-minute meeting before attending Pope Francis’ funeral.

During this brief meeting, they decided to continue talks on peace efforts today, Ukrainian presidential spokesman Sergei Nikiforov informed.
Zelensky arrived in Rome this morning accompanied by his wife, Olena Zelenska, to attend the funeral. Trump landed in the Ukrainian capital last night with First Lady Melania Trump.
Francis’ funeral is being held in the presence of 140 delegations, 50 heads of state and government, and a dozen sovereigns, located on the right side of St. Peter’s Square.
Currently, the presidential teams of the United States and Ukraine are working to arrange for the two leaders to meet again this Saturday.
