The Palestinian Resistance Movement Hamas confirmed that it has received new proposals from the United States aimed at reaching a ceasefire with the genocidal Israeli occupation forces.

In a firm declaration, Hamas “welcomes any move that aids efforts to end the barbaric aggression against our people,” signaling its readiness to engage in genuine diplomatic efforts despite Israel’s ethnic cleansing campaign launched in October 2023.
The movement declared its readiness to immediately enter talks “to discuss the release of all prisoners,” but only in exchange for a clear, unequivocal end to the war, a total withdrawal of the Zionist military from Gaza, and the establishment of a Palestinian-led committee to govern the enclave once the truce takes effect.
Hamas underscored the absolute necessity of guarantees to prevent Tel Aviv’s regime from breaking agreements or sabotaging negotiations. The group referenced the latest abandoned diplomatic attempt—a proposal Hamas accepted in Cairo on August 18, 2025.
The resistance accused Netanyahu’s administration of ignoring the proposal and instead escalating its brutal plans to seize full control of Gaza City, targeting neighborhoods still sheltering thousands of displaced Palestinians amid steady bombardment.
