Tehran says Israel restricted coverage of missile impacts as Iran reports new strikes under Operation True Promise 4.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi accused Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of attempting to conceal the impact of Iranian missile strikes after Israeli authorities reportedly restricted live broadcasts and recordings from locations where projectiles landed.

In a post on X, Araghchi referred to Israel’s reported decision to prohibit live broadcasts of its airspace during the missile attacks and to ban filming at sites where missiles struck near security facilities. “Netanyahu does not want them to see how the powerful Iranian Armed Forces punish Israel for its aggression,” Araghchi wrote.

The Iranian foreign minister said the measures contrast with Israel’s usual practice of allowing coverage of damage affecting settlers. He added that information provided by Iranian personnel in the field indicates extensive destruction caused by the missile strikes.

“This is what our men and women on the ground report: widespread destruction caused by our missiles, a terrified leadership and air defense systems in a state of confusion. And this is only the beginning,” he stated.

Araghchi also shared a screenshot of a news report claiming that Israel had banned live broadcasts of its airspace during the missile attacks.

In the same context, the Israeli military reportedly prohibited filming the locations where projectiles landed near security installations.

Meanwhile, a spokesperson for the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Headquarters addressed U.S. and Israeli military leaders, stating: “Let the leaders of the U.S. army and the Israeli entity come out of their hiding places for a moment and see how their forces are being torn apart under the roar of Iranian missiles crushing the enemy.”

Earlier Wednesday, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps confirmed the launch of the 37th wave of Operation True Promise 4. According to the statement, heavy missiles were used against targets in Erbil, Tel Aviv and the United States Fifth Fleet.

Iranian authorities said the attacks lasted at least three hours.
