The genocidal Israeli regime carried out a new wave of attacks against Yemen on Wednesday, killing at least 35 people after hitting Sana’a, the country’s capital, and the northeastern governorate of Al-Jawf.

According to the Arab press, the government complex in the Al-Hazm district of Al-Jawf and a medical post in the health sector on Al-Sitteen Street, southwest of Sana’a, were specifically hit.
The government complex in Al-Jawf, according to the statement, is intended for citizen service and has no military purpose.
According to the Yemeni Ministry of Health, the bombings left at least 35 people dead and 131 others injured.
Brigadier General Yahya Saree, spokesman for the Yemeni Armed Forces, reported that air defenses responded with surface-to-air missiles.
“Some Israeli combat formations withdrew before fully executing the operation, which allowed for the thwarting of a large part of the attack,” Saree stated on social media. A senior military source, quoted by Al Mayadeen, also confirmed that a squadron of enemy aircraft was repelled while en route to other Yemeni governorates.
The same source described the offensive as a sign of “incompetence and failure” by Israeli forces. Despite the attacks, he underscored Yemen’s commitment to its regional stance: “All these sacrifices will not prevent Yemen from continuing its support for Gaza or confronting the Israeli entity.”
On the other hand, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs declared that “the usurping Zionist entity will pay a heavy price for its continued aggression.”
The bombings in Sana’a and Al-Jawf come amid the genocide perpetrated by Israel in the Gaza Strip and follow the Israeli attacks on Tuesday, September 9, against the building housing the negotiating delegation of the Palestinian Islamic resistance movement Hamas in Doha, the capital of Qatar.
