Iran and Russia signed new agreements in Moscow to expand cooperation on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and digital technologies.

“It is essential to strengthen the bond between Caracas and Moscow, especially in the face of the changes that occur worldwide,” said the president of the National Assembly, Jorge Rodríguez, after the approval.
