The Colombian president is demanding that the State Legal Agency form a commission of lawyers to investigate murders committed by US military forces in the Caribbean Sea.

The group recognizes that the final declaration includes some of the most serious crises worldwide, although they affirm that several invisible causes remain in the region such as internal armed conflicts, generalized violence and serious human rights violations that cause forced displacement.
