The direct provision of U.S. military aid to Israel would radically destabilize the entire situation, Raybkov said.

On Wednesday, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov warned that direct U.S. participation in the Iran-Israel conflict would further destabilize the Middle East.

Specifically, he stated that the direct provision of U.S. military aid to Israel would “radically destabilize the entire situation.”

In separate remarks, Sergei Naryshkin, head of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), said that the situation between Iran and Israel had reached a critical point. He cautioned the U.S. against providing direct military assistance to Israel or even considering such “speculative options,” according to the newspaper Al Arabiya.

So far, however, the U.S. has not responded to those specific warnings and continues military operations that appear to signal a more active and direct involvement in the Iran-Israel conflict.

Earlier on Tuesday, U.S. President Donald Trump convened a National Security Council (NSC) meeting at the White House to evaluate options for U.S. intervention in support of Israel.

Meanwhile, the Russian Foreign Ministry issued a statement reiterating that “the majority of the world strongly condemns Israeli actions, while some states, driven by opportunistic interests, tacitly support these attacks.”

Moscow accused “supporters” of Israeli actions of pressuring the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to issue a controversial assessment of Iran’s nuclear program. “This flawed assessment was used to justify a biased resolution against Iran, which greenlit Israeli attacks and led to tragedy,” it said.

Russia stressed that Israel’s strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities violate international law and pose a direct threat to global security. “These attacks not only endanger regional peace but also push the world closer to a nuclear catastrophe with global consequences,” the Russian Foreign Ministry warned.
