Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov confirmed that Putin’s proposal for a 72-hour ceasefire remains in effect, inviting Ukraine to join this peace gesture. Despite the Russian call, Zelensky’s regime rejected the truce, demanding a longer ceasefire and issuing veiled threats against those attending the Moscow commemorations.
