Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz threatened to carry out strong attacks “in the heart of Tehran” after Iran allegedly launched two missiles against Israeli territory, which the Israeli Army said it had intercepted, despite the announcement of a ceasefire between the two countries.

“In response to Iran’s complete violation of the ceasefire declared by the President of the United States, I have ordered the IDF (Israel Defense Forces), in coordination with the Prime Minister, to continue the intense attack activity on Tehran,” the official said in a statement.
On the other hand, Iranian state media say that “the reports about missile launches from Iran after the ceasefire are false.” According to Press TV, such claims are “just a pretext to cause the breach of the so-called truce agreement reached with Trump.”
The General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces denied on Tuesday the launching of missiles against Israel “in recent hours,” after Israel had accepted the ceasefire, reported Tasnim.
The text reads: The ceasefire between Iran and Israel began at 7:00 a.m. local time in Jerusalem this Tuesday. The measure was preceded by a wave of missiles launched by Iran against several points in the territories occupied by Zionism.
The Zionist regime stated in a communiqué that it had accepted Trump’s proposal for a “bilateral ceasefire” with Iran after achieving its objectives in 12 days of war, but warned that Israel would respond “firmly” to any violation of this agreement. Later, Iran’s Supreme National Security Council confirmed the ceasefire with Israel and described it as a defeat for the Jewish state.
On June 13, Netanyahu’s administration launched an unprovoked war against the Islamic Republic of Iran, conducting airstrikes on the country’s nuclear, military, and residential sites. These attacks resulted in the deaths of hundreds of Iranians, including senior military commanders, nuclear scientists, and civilians.
