An Israeli combat drone strike killed 13 Palestinians, including minors and children, in the Al-Mawasi area of Al-Qarara, northwest of Khan Younis, on Friday, according to WAFA correspondents.

Eyewitnesses confirmed that the drone targeted a tent sheltering displaced civilians, adding to the mounting death toll since Israel unilaterally resumed hostilities on March 18, ending a temporary ceasefire agreement.

Israeli forces also opened fire on a Palestinian woman near Rafah Garage, killing her, as airstrikes and military aggression continue across Gaza.

Medical reports indicate that Gaza’s overall death toll has now reached at least 4,058, with 11,729 injured, as emergency teams struggle to recover victims trapped beneath rubble.

In the past 24 hours alone, 72 bodies and 278 casualties were admitted to Gaza hospitals—excluding fatalities from inaccessible northern areas.

Israel’s total military assault since October 2023 has resulted in the deaths of at least 54,321 Palestinians, mostly women and children, while 123,770 others have been injured.

More than two million Palestinians have been forcibly displaced, with most now crowded into Rafah, near the Egyptian border—marking the largest forced Palestinian exodus since the 1948 Nakba.

Humanitarian aid remains blocked, worsening starvation, medical shortages, and unsafe living conditions, as Israel’s siege intensifies.
