Israeli airstrikes and artillery attacks resumed early Friday, killing at least 34 Palestinians across the Gaza Strip, including children and journalists.

Deadly Strikes Across Gaza

  • Jabalia al-Balad: A missile hit a residential area, killing 10 people and injuring many others.
  • Al-Tuffah and Sheikh Radwan: Heavy artillery shelling struck densely populated neighborhoods.
  • Khan Younis: A drone attack on a mobile charging station killed four civilians.
  • Rafah: Four Palestinians were killed near a U.S.-backed aid distribution center, where Israeli forces have repeatedly targeted civilians.

The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF), which manages aid distribution, shut down all its sites, citing safety concerns after hundreds of Palestinians were killed seeking food.

Meanwhile, starvation has peaked, with Israel blocking all crossings, preventing food, water, and medical supplies from entering Gaza.

Despite the violence, 80,000 worshippers attended Eid prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque, navigating Israeli military checkpoints. In Hebron, Israeli authorities refused to hand over the Tomb of the Patriarchs to Islamic administration, sparking further outrage.

Human rights organizations warn that bombings, starvation, and displacement are creating a humanitarian catastrophe. The Palestinian Center for Prisoner Defense has demanded an urgent investigation into the disappearance of 144 detainees captured by Israel.
