The Israeli army killed 90 Palestinians in the last 48 hours in Gaza, where an internet blackout continues, and at least 10 more died from Israeli fire near the militarized food distribution point in the Netzarim corridor (center), medical sources in the enclave confirmed.

UN Condemns Israeli and U.S. Aid System in Gaza as “Death Trap” Amid Humanitarian Crisis
Gaza’s Ministry of Health confirmed today in its daily count that “Ninety dead and 605 injured were admitted to hospitals in the Gaza Strip in the past 48 hours.”
This increased to about 55,300 deaths, around a third children, in direct attacks alone-not counting thousands more due to disease and lack of medicines-since 7 October 2023.
In addition, eight people were killed and 125 injured in an Israeli attack on crowds of civilians near the aid distribution point in the vicinity of the militarized area of Nitzarim, according to the latest balance sheet from Al Awda Hospital.
In the last 48 hours alone, according to Health officials, 29 Palestinians have been killed while trying to collect food for themselves or their families, and more than 380 have been injured.
Since Israel imposed this model on May 27, operated by American contractors, which forces tens of thousands of Palestinians to move through unsafe areas to try to get a box of food, at least 274 people have died and more than 2,500 have been injured.
Therefore, UN agencies and other humanitarian organizations already describe this mechanism as “a death trap” for a starving civilian population and ask that Israel open the entry crossings to Gaza and allow the mass entry of aid.
