In a report, quoted by the Spanish agency EFE, prepared by the authorities of Gaza and the Islamic Resistance Movement, during the first phase of the truce, the Israeli forces killed 98 people on the strip, wounded another 490, and carried out 45 incursions and 37 anti-truce bombardments.

Indicates that Israeli aircraft overflew Gaza on 210 occasions, its troops opened fire 77 times and detained Gazan drivers or fishermen. All this, he claims, in violation of the ceasefire.

The report says that these ceasefire violations began on the first day of implementation of the truce, January 19, in which 32 Gazaites were killed by Israeli troops in the first hours, and adds that they continued until day 42.

Details that Israeli troops made incursions along the withdrawal lines on an almost daily basis, especially in the southern Philadelphia corridor on the border with Egypt, to withdraw vehicles from the Israeli army, were accompanied by gunfire and in which Gazatíes were killed and houses demolished.

On the other hand, according to new findings by Forensic Architecture, analysis of satellite images and visual evidence on social media revealed at least 17 acts of violence perpetrated by the IDF between 19 January and 9 February, in violation of the ceasefire.

Forensic Architecture is a multidisciplinary research group based at Goldsmiths, University of London that uses architectural techniques and technologies to investigate cases of state violence and human rights violations worldwide.

The panel’s findings show that in the first three weeks of the ceasefire, Israeli forces carried out 16 separate attacks against Palestinian civilians, killing and wounding dozens of people. In the first two days of the truce, Israel launched five attacks on Rafah, killing two civilians, including a child.

Other attacks occurred when civilians returned to the north after Israel began withdrawing from the Netzarim corridor. On 2 February, a drone attack on a vehicle injured seven people. Forensic Architecture documented numerous cases of property demolition in Rafah and the Netzarim corridor by Israeli forces. Troops demolished two schools near the corridor before leaving the area. The investigators warned that the data in the report is not exhaustive.

Israel’s offensive against Gaza has caused more than 48,400 deaths, mostly of women and children, leading to accusations of genocide against its forces as much of the infrastructure in Gaza has been devastated, with almost all hospitals and most schools and homes destroyed; In January, 70% of the buildings were hit, with 92% of the housing units affected.
