The Islamic Republic of Iran launched what could be its final wave of retaliatory strikes on Israel between 5:00 and 7:00 local time (4:00 GMT), which was the deadline claimed by U.S. President Donald Trump for a possible yet unofficial ceasefire.

Sirens were first triggered in the areas surrounding Tel Aviv and in the region between Ashdod and the Gaza Strip, in the center and south of the country, while the latest attack was directed toward northern Israel, near Haifa.

Additionally, emergency services reported that their teams have moved to northern Sharon, a region north of Tel Aviv, where a “failed interception” was recorded.

Although Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stressed that “there is no agreement on any ceasefire or cessation of military operations,” he stated that “provided the Israeli regime stops its illegal aggression against the Iranian people no later than 4 a.m. Tehran time, we have no intention of continuing our response afterward.”

Since Israel launched its military attack against Iran on June 13, both countries have regularly exchanged drone and missile strikes that have resulted in approximately 450 deaths in Iran and 27 more in the Zionist entity.

Tensions escalated further in the region when the United States bombed three key Iranian nuclear program facilities last Saturday, and Iran responded on Monday with an attack against U.S. military bases in Qatar and Iraq.
