Iranian missiles and drones attacked US forces at Al Dhafra base in the United Arab Emirates.
Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced the launch of the 53rd wave of its military operation “True Promise 4,” carrying out a combined strike with hypersonic missiles and suicide drones against U.S. forces stationed at Al Dhafra Air Base in the United Arab Emirates.

According to the IRGC, the attack involved ten hypersonic missiles of the Fattah and Qadr types, along with suicide drones. The base hosts U.S. military units that, according to Iranian authorities, provide intelligence and logistical support for operations against the Islamic Republic, as well as support for regional command and control structures linked to what Tehran refers to as the Zionist entity.
The IRGC said the new wave of the operation also commemorates the 84 members of the crew of the Iranian naval vessel Dena, part of the Iranian army’s naval forces, which Iran says was sunk by the United States in international waters several weeks ago.
In its statement, the Guard warned that “the continuous and intense attacks against American and Zionist entity targets, centers and interests will continue with greater force and reach until the aggressor surrenders and is punished.”
The announcement follows the 52nd wave of the same operation, during which the IRGC reported strikes deep inside occupied territory and against U.S. military bases across the region as part of what it described as a broad and coordinated response to Israeli attacks.
Iranian authorities also confirmed the destruction of concentrations of U.S. forces at Harir base in Iraq’s Kurdistan region, as well as at the Ali Al Salem and Arifjan bases in Kuwait.
The IRGC added that “if the criminal and child-killer Netanyahu remains alive, we will continue pursuing him until he receives his deserved punishment,” signaling that the operation will continue until what it describes as its deterrence objectives are achieved.
