The number of Palestinians killed by Israeli airstrikes across the Gaza Strip has climbed to 82, with women and children making up the majority of the victims, following relentless attacks that began at dawn on Thursday.

According to WAFA journalist reports, Israeli warplanes targeted homes and makeshift shops sheltering displaced individuals across Gaza, particularly in Khan Yunis in the southern sector.

In northern Gaza, Israeli forces struck a residential house belonging to the Shihab family in Jabalia, killing at least five people.

The ongoing Israeli aggression continues unabated, inflicting devastation on Palestinian civilians and worsening an already dire humanitarian crisis.

The airstrikes come shortly after the release of dual U.S.-Israeli national Edan Alexander, and amid Donald Trump’s visit to the region, fueling further tensions.

Since October 7, 2023, the total number of Palestinians killed by Israeli forces has risen to 52,928, with 119,846 wounded, as the genocide in Gaza intensifies.
