The member countries of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America (ALBA) have issued a categorical condemnation of the recent Israeli attacks against the Iranian people. These aggressive actions by Israel represent a dangerous escalation that threatens international peace and security, as well as the sovereignty of nations in the Middle East.

Once again, Israel has positioned itself as the aggressor responsible for the turmoil and instability afflicting West Asia. The latest strikes targeted the Islamic Republic of Iran, violating the fundamental principles of coexistence among states and international law. ALBA denounces these attacks as a reckless escalation that risks catastrophic consequences for humanity.

The member countries of the Bolivarian Alliance for the Peoples of Our America (ALBA) categorically condemn the attacks carried out by Israeli forces against the Iranian people, in a maneuver that endangers international peace and security in an attempt to control and seize the entire region and its wealth.

Once again, the State of Israel is the perpetrator and cause of the devastation and turmoil suffered by West Asia, completely ignoring the rules that govern coexistence among states, now brutally attacking the Islamic Republic of Iran.

This unjustified and irresponsible escalation of violence represents a true threat to all humanity with unimaginable consequences, and a new Israeli transgression against the purposes and principles of the United Nations Charter. The United Nations Security Council is obliged to immediately stop these aggressions against International Law and the sovereignty of the peoples of the world.

The Bolivarian Alliance expresses its deepest repudiation of this act of war and, faithful to the defense of peace, reiterates its full solidarity with the Iranian people and government in the face of this illegitimate and cowardly aggression.
