More Venezuelans in Peru request help from the Nicolás Maduro government to return to the country.

Hundreds of Venezuelans went to their embassy in Peru to apply for the "Vuelta a la Patria" Plan and return to their country, as did 89 Venezuelans on August 27 with the help of the Nicolás Maduro government.

During a press conference on Monday, the Minister of Communication and Culture of Venezuela, Jorge Rodríguez, showed the images of Venezuelans demanding in front of the embassy in Peru to be repatriated.

"We want to leave," exclaim the Venezuelans who make long lines at the Lima embassy.

On August 27, the Government of Venezuela facilitated the return of 89 citizens who arrived at the International Airport of Maiquetía "Simón Bolívar", from Peru, after they requested a return to their country.

The Venezuelans returned on flight 6150 flight of the airline Conviasa, sent by the Government of Maduro.  In addition, this past Thursday, 185 Venezuelans who were in the state of Roraima, Brazil, returned to Venezuela and claimed they were victims of mistreatment and xenophobia on the part of the inhabitants of Boa Vista.
