Last week, the U.S. Vice President Mike Pence visited Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Panama.
But all of the countries on his Latin American tour stressed that the only acceptable way to promote democracy is via "dialogue and diplomacy".
On August 11, the U.S. President Donald Trump told reporters that his country wouldn't rule out a military option against Venezuela.
Pence said Washington is calling on Latin America to "do more" to put political and economic pressure the Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro's government to "re-establish democratic order ."
"Complete failure from U.S. Vice President Pence as he didn't achieve the support to military intervene in Venezuela. No interference would be ever accepted," Morales said on his Twitter account.

"South America has stopped being the U.S. backyard. We live in times of change, for the dignity of the people. The time of the empire has ended," Morales said.
Morales said that Trump cannot teach democracy and freedom to countries in Latin America since it encourages racism and xenophobia.
Bolivian president said Trump must respect the sovereignty and the dignity of other countries.
Morales also rejected a possible war between the United States and North Korea by saying that "world peace will come when interventionism and racial hatred cease."
