"Trump thinks he's above the law. He acts like he’s the above the law," Moore alleged in a letter published on his website.

Moore also said people must act, “It’s our patriotic duty.”

The site called “Trumpileaks,” a wordplay on WikiLeaks, is a portal on the campaigner´s personal website.

People are invited to contact Moore directly via WhatsApp, Signal, Peerio, encrypted email and even by post.

Moore has been an outspoken critic of Trump since he announced his candidacy.

In February, Moore also launched a website called “Resistance Calendar” to help activists find and participate in anti-Trump events.

He is now working on a documentary about Donald Trump to be called "Fahrenheit 11/9," a reference to November 9, the date of Trump’s 2016 presidential election win.

During his presidential campaign, Trump famously said “I love WikiLeaks” after the organization released hacked emails of Hillary Clinton’s campaign chairman John Podesta.

But since taking office, Trump has criticized the constant drip of leaks from his administration.

Moore said in his letter that whistleblowing is “part of the American tradition and as old as the republic itself.”

He also praised past whistleblowers, including Chelsea Manning Edward Snowden, for giving up their careers and freedom to expose wrongdoings.

“I know this is risky. I knew we may get in trouble. But too much is at stake to play it safe. And along with the Founding Fathers, I’ve got your back,” Moore wrote.
