On Thursday, Buckingham Palace informed that Queen Elizabeth II is under medical supervision at Balmoral, Scotland, after doctors became concerned for her health.

"Following further evaluation this morning, The Queen's doctors are concerned for Her Majesty's health and have recommended she remain under medical supervision. The Queen remains comfortable," Buckingham Palace said in a statement.
The plane carrying Prince William, Prince Andrew, and several other senior royal members touched down in Scotland a short while ago. The 96-year-old monarch postponed her Privy Council meeting last night after being advised by doctors to rest.
On Tuesday, the Queen appointed Liz Truss as Britain's new prime minister at Balmoral, for the first time in her 70-year reign. Downing Street confirmed that there are no plans for Truss to travel to Scotland on Thursday or Friday. Nevertheless, there has been an outpouring of prayers and thoughts from politicians following the news.
"The whole country will be deeply concerned by the news from Buckingham Palace this lunchtime. My thoughts -- and the thoughts of people across our United Kingdom -- are with Her Majesty The Queen and her family at this time," Truss tweeted.
"All of us are feeling profoundly concerned at reports of Her Majesty's health. My thoughts and wishes are with the Queen and all of the Royal Family at this time," Scotland's First Minister Nicola Sturgeon said.
"Along with the rest of the country, I am deeply worried by the news from Buckingham Palace this afternoon. My thoughts are with Her Majesty The Queen and her family at this time, and I join everyone across the United Kingdom in hoping for her recovery," Labour Party leader Keir Starmer tweeted.
