El Niño Flooding hits Paraguay, Argentina, Brazil and Uruguay

More than 100,000 people have been evacuated from their homes in the Southern Cone countries of Paraguay, Uruguay, Brazil and Argentina due to severe flooding caused by heavy summer rains brought on by El Niño.
